Rejected Jailed and did not get the chance to explain my situation.

I was joining a gang group that had invited me to join them. So I joined and everything seemed fine. But then we began having conflict as one of the group leaders kept poking at me and making fun of me despite me asking them many times to stop.

Long story short they began spam killing me and I left the group. But I could not leave as they kept camping the exits of the safe zone and shooting me. I am new to the Rp servers so I quite literally had no way to defend myself and tried to even fight them off. I tried contacting an admin through Disord (I was not aware there was a in game report menu and I figured you needed to file reports within the server).

Long story short an admin arrived and without me knowing or getting a chance to explain myself I was jailed. I tried to explain this to the admin and they kept insisting I was in the wrong and that "I had memory of dying at the hospital and was breaking NLR" . . . We were not ROLE PLAYING BY THIS POINT! This group was full on following me and spam killing me over and over again.

They were even mocking me on Discord and began to laugh when I was jailed! The admin did not give me enough time to explain anything, and then they muted me from being able to speak any further in the ticket chat. I was indeed upset while speaking with this admin because I feel they made a decision without getting the full story as to WHY I had punched on of the players. I wanted to be left alone, I had tried contacting admins within the Discord server, nothing was being done and I feel I was ignored and I was trying my hardest to explain what had happened.

I am stressed and having anxiety over this. I just wanted to have fun and because I tried to stand up to a group of jerks I got jailed. Please help.
