Subject: Appeal for Unban - Chris Diorr
Dear Grand RP Administration Team
I hope this message finds you in good spirits. My name is Chris Diorr, and I am writing to formally appeal my ban from the Grand RP server. I understand the reason given for my ban was "Nuking LSPD Emails and GR 6.2" due to the deletion of logs that contained my passport and contract information when I left the server. I would like to explain my actions and express my sincere intentions behind them.
When I made the decision to delete my logs, my primary goal was to enhance the realism and immersion of the RolePlay experience. In real-life scenarios, it is not uncommon for employees to remove personal information or documents when they leave a position. I believed that this action would contribute to the authenticity and depth of the RolePlay environment.
However, I understand now that my actions were interpreted as detrimental to the server’s integrity and operations. It was never my intention to cause any harm or disrupt the community. I deeply regret that my actions were seen in this light, and I apologize for any inconvenience or issues they may have caused.
I have always enjoyed being a part of the Grand RP community and have appreciated the opportunities it has provided for immersive and engaging RolePlay. I value the rules and guidelines set by the administration to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. I assure you that if given another chance, I will adhere strictly to these rules and work towards contributing positively to the community.
I kindly request you to reconsider my ban and allow me to rejoin the Grand RP server. I am more than willing to make amends and follow any additional guidelines or conditions set forth by the administration to ensure that such misunderstandings do not occur in the future.
I would like to also state that when I deleted my logs, I should have been punished OOCly (On Emails) because discord is an OOC platform and there is no IC punishment for OOC mistakes, I was told by the Chief of Police Sergio Kors that I have also been banned for GR 6.2 which only consists of a warning of up to 7 days. I feel like I have been punished wrongly and that I rather receive a warning than a 60 Day Ban.
