Rejected Player shot me near Ph when i was in green zone

hey ,
the deatils about the incident is when i came out of the hospital (PH) i was trying to run to the nearest parking and he kept following me so i turned around and rand into the green zone . he kept shooting from outside of the green zone to me near PH and then shot me down. i have the pov , and to capture his id i ran towards him so i could capture his id into the video . the pov video is posted as follows :
