Me and my friends were hanging out and when our car crashed some random guy and his team gave us demand and its was a public place and was using foul language

Demands were given there was no RDM, as for UB Demands you crashed into us then started to talk rudely then when we asked you to leave our property which we are allowed to do since we own the house that you are at.
