Hello.

Recently a friend of mine was warned for RDM. In the video it is quite clear it isn’t RDM. I told him the situation was a dangerous one. I warned him that he didn’t wanna start any problems. Cars started to surround him and there were guns pointed at his face. That, to me, is a clear initiation of roleplay. My complaint is that Darren warned one person for RDM but did not punish the other for fearRP. even if one party broke a rule to stay consistent you should punish both if a punishment is to occur. ID 108917 had guns pointed at his face, cars surrounding him, and me warning him that the situation was dangerous and he didn’t want these problems. If I was in that situation I would fear for my life and leave the area. He stayed. To me that seems like a direct violation of fearRP.

And to be clear I still don’t believe it was RDM. Since role play was clearly started when I told him the area was dangerous and that he didn’t wanna start this war. That’s an indication to leave the area. He also says he went to notify SAHP so he had already brought himself into the RP and situation by getting involved.

This area is Green Zone. There are ATMs, bank and Gas station. Even you were robbing ATM he was not given clear demands.
