2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I have been in gangs for significant amount of times, during the times I was in a gang I learnt how a gang works and perform RP. I slowly learnt gang rules, ghetto rules and earned my way to underdeputy. I want to use this experience in my leadership and handle the gang.
-Lately, I have seen a lot of toxicity in gangs, which makes it hostile for a few players. Me as leader will not promote toxicity. And keep good deputies who will make sure the gang in clean from toxicity in my absence.
-Lately, I have seen a lot inactivity in gangs and gangs getting disbanded due to mass rule breaks. I will keep good deputies who are active and most importantly make sure they are aware of all rules. I will hire members who are atleast aware of basic ghetto and server rules. If a member is seen breaking rules strict action will be taken against them.

-Keep a good bonus system
