Why should I be unbanned?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich wurde wegen "Warehousing" gebannt, was für mich keinen Sinn ergibt. Ich habe meinen Job als Medic gekündigt und danach bemerkt, dass ich noch Schutzmasken in meinem Besitz hatte. Daraufhin bin ich zum Medical Department gegangen und habe nach einem hochrangigen Mitarbeiter gefragt, um die Masken zurückzugeben und mich dafür zu entschuldigen, dass ich diese übersehen hatte.
Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch niemand anwesend war, habe ich nach einem Termin gefragt, um die Masken zu übergeben. Es wurde vereinbart, dass ich mich mit einem hochrangigen Mitarbeiter treffen sollte. Bevor ich jedoch den Termin wahrnehmen konnte, um die Sachen abzugeben, wurde ich gebannt.
Ich hoffe auf eine Entbannung, da es mir immer sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat, auf dem Server zu spielen, und ich so schnell wie möglich weiter den Spaß haben möchte.

I was banned for "warehousing," which makes no sense to me. I resigned from my job as a medic and subsequently realized that I still had protective masks in my possession. Therefore, I went to the Medical Department and asked for a senior staff member to return the masks and apologize for having overlooked them.
Since there was no one available at that time, I asked for an appointment to hand over the masks. It was agreed that I would meet with a senior staff member. However, before I could attend the appointment to return the items, I was banned.I hope to be unbanned, as I have always greatly enjoyed playing on the server and would like to continue having fun as soon as possible.
