Last week, I submitted a complaint stating that my newly created account, which I was playing with, got banned for 999 days without any reason. The complaint was approved on the same day, and the admin who approved it said he would lift the ban for me. Now, it has been a week, and I'm still banned without any reason. I'm literally tired of waiting and have started to lose all my passion for the game without being able to play it. So, I hope the admin reading this complaint lifts the ban because it's unfair to receive a week-long ban without any reason. I also hope that any admin can please help me.
