2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- my love for NG is everlasting, and i have served in national guard serving our nation. with there the variety of experience i posses in NG and in other well respected organizations i have a good understanding on what it takes to lead and what it takes to handle an organization. I aim to bring positive change in National Guard if i am the general. motivating our fellow soldiers and standing as a good mentor for then support and growth i have to offer. I aim to make NG not only an important organization that protects the city but also shows back appreciation to the citizens and the hard working soldiers alongside other state organizations like LSPD,SAHP,FIB and EMS.
- my well respected positions of NG consist of being the DHOD Of PR, HC of HR and as a colonel shows my experience and work efforts that have brought me up to this positions and to acquire these reputable positions in NG. apart from these prestige ranks i have also been the Chief of EMS for a whole successful term which shows my leadership skills and highlights my experience as a leader and team management. furthermore my experience in GOV as deputy warden and special agent shows my commitment to the nation and comprehension of our city rules and state rules. my ranks in sahp as captain and ranks in lspd as senior officer 1 and junior HR additionally shows the vast experience i possess in state orgs and my knowledge on LEO duties and work ethics.
- my determination of becoming a leader is focused and streamlined, as a general i aim to lead the great army of los santos with efforts and great commitment. i want to be the leader of NG as the organization has a special place in my heart and it makes me eager and motivates me to achieve greater heights in the organization and gives me another opportunity to lead the cities greatest organization and keep in on top with the activity and protecting we swear to give to the state.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve roleplay levels in NG i would advice any leader or any soldier at a well respected ranks to treat our soldiers with almost care and respect and provide new recruits help and guide them which allows the soldiers to grow and manifest into becoming great army men that carry out their roles seriously that helps with the roleplay levels to grow as a commitment to the organization and to the character they possess being in NG. to improve the roleplay levels in the organization, communication and interaction plays an important role as without these 2 key components our units would fail to bring good roleplay due to weak exposure to roleplay scenarios or often being out of character that does not fit the theme. i aim to make the change by enforcing various situations that are exposed to our soldiers that give them vast experience on how roleplay works and how they can improve on their own roleplay levels personally leading to great roleplay scenarious within the organization and while interacting with other state organizations, citizens and criminals in the city.
