Rejected RDM I 9579

Hi, I am a new police officer. We went to this area when we were patrolling. Player 9579 hit me with no reason and i started follow and tried to arrest player after he commited this crime. he failed to listen police officer and attacked me with his friends, included weapon shoot in green area.

Can you review it please.
