i called admin and he wrote checking
civillian shooting in store rob(ER 1.2)+ leos dont handcuffing him although see this(GR 6.4)
and admin saying i dont see anything post on forum

Admin couldn't take actions in that time as he haven't seen the entire situation, fill a complaint against the player.​
