With due respect to the administrators and assistants

I would like to apodized for breaching the law Gen 1.1 that was my mistake and i got a permanent ban but i love this project and i have spent like 10hrs daily in the game in the past few months and i cannot leave this project i want a chance to get back to the city also i am missing my friends.

so if you can forgive my sinful act and give me another chance i promise i wont do it again.
