Rejected UB, Provoking, Car Ramming, Shot Killed for not joining family | ID 59268 ID 67299

I am a new player. I was working as a starter Garbage man (car on autopilot) I was rammed off the road into the ocean, chased off the beach.
I asked both players to stop, they continued to send me family invites and when I allowed the invite to time out they punched me and then shot me and then revived me.

I do not know how to get my car back, I paid GC > money for for that car and had it for 24 hours.
I only have a video showing where my car ended up in the ocean and a screenshot from my phone of both players.
