2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i have playing in project from the first day , and i was part in every org in city with high ranks , just in sahp i manage 4 terms with hiko ,anni,sinister and i was having deputy rank 2 times , so with this knowledge i can now go for the leader of this organization.
the reason why i choose SAHP FIRSTLY it was my first org i join in tthe project also becasue of the guys that i meet from it it was repectful and working hard guys SECONDLY its because i like the places outside city the highway and stuff like this also i like the importance of this organization to make the citizens safer and all the city.
my experience in sahp it was great and i was holding a lot of positions in this org from the head of highway patrol to cos of hwp and IA,HR and the commisioner of all this department and finally the deputy sherrif , in my experience in sinister term hiko and anni i was totally holding everything from the emails and goin to events.
the jobs that i do in my several ranks in SAHP
.go to the events every day, starting from the store robbery to subs at 0.00, and also, we make sure that everything is going great.
.making sure that everything is going good in rp situation and in emails.
.fighting crime and criminals and corruptions in paleto and sandy shore.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
first the departmens will have freedom in their work and they will cooperate to make sahp great , but it will be watched by the deputy.
Human Resources:
HR , is very important because it manage recruitment and logs and training so it will make sure that everyone is trained well and have something to go with it to events.they will also handle the promotion system based on the performance of the units.
Internal Affairs:
the IA will check the background and it will make sure sure that everyone have clean history, also by checked their logs to make sure that everyone is filling his logs properly plus to make sure that everyone have updated gun license and health insurance and trunk inspection to protect the orgs from the illegal stuff within there roles they can check the bodycam on every one in the org to avoid corruption.
Public Relations:
PR is responsable for the events to make citizens have some fun and to teach them how to avoid criminals also to make citizens have some positive impact about SAHP and PR will be Working with a team from life invader to bring good reputation to the organisation.
Us Marshal :
the us will be the swat team so it will be the first responder to the events , global and all the criminals activities , and to make that all troopers have quick respond to emergencies also to keep city safe from the cannabis.
Highway Patrol Team (HWP):
They will be responsable for the highway and chasing criminals issuing fines , towing cars , to help the US team to clean the highway from the criminlas also they can make border patrol so no one can carry illegal stuff inside the SAHP area.
one of my responsability as leader is to provide bonus system to everyone in the organsiation to motivate them and to encourage them to have the best from them.
