Rejected Warning for RDM | Dexter Broddy

I was dead due to VDM. My friend was sitting in the car behind (black lancer). He came to patch me up. Right after he patched me, these guys pulled up and rammed into my friend. I thought it was just another car who's gonna VDM us again so I pulled out my gun and found out that there are two cars and 4 people. I couldn't put my gun back due to the pulling out animation of my shotgun. As soon as they saw my gun they started shooting and didn't gave me any sort of demands and started shooting me. I shot one bullet after they started shooting and that bullet didn't hit anyone, but admin gave me a warning for RDM. Talked to the admins in-game and they said that I should make a complaint about it here.

Actually, Dexter was going to warn the fourth person who was ID: 357064. 3 out of four got warned, but the fourth one didn't. I got an accidental warn of RDM.

Hello Yousef,
As you can see in the second POV, we gave you demands “STOP STOP STOP” then you pulled out your gun while 4 people were points guns at you. Not only is that fear rp, but as seen in the second pov you combat logged and didn’t get punished for it yet.
We gave you demands to stop and you decided to pull out a gun and point it at use, that is why we killed you.

You guys were very far from me when you said "STOP STOP STOP". You could've said to put your gun back. I didn't know that there were four of you, so I pulled out my gun just in case. I was going to put it back, but due to the animation, it was taking time. As soon as I pulled out my gun, one of you shot your shotgun at me, as you can see in my POV. That's what made me shoot instead of putting my gun back. Things aren't worth fighting over, but if you watch my POV, 402714 shot first, not me. You said "STOP STOP STOP" and I stopped, didn't run. You should have given me almost 5 seconds to put my gun back, and I was going to do that. The guy who got unintentionally VDMed was my friend who was sitting in the black Lancer. Someone from you guys accused us of metagaming, which is false because he was AFK for a second, and he patched me right there. Right after that, my friend got VDMed again by you guys, which made me angry, so I pulled out my gun just in case I got VDMed too.

if you look in the pov, you pulled your gun out and attempted to shoot us, it was not a mistake.

Watch my POV again and look at 402714. Look when he shot me before I even aimed at you guys and that was not a mistake from your side. Who fights with 4 people in a shoot out. No one. I'm doing RP from 4 years. He shot and then I aimed.

We are just going to hw rob with my fam members we see this guy and give demands to stop but he didnt and pulled us a gun and we killed and punished for rdm and i think he just doing metagaming and calling his friend to patch him and combat logging but not showing to admin thats deceving i hope...

bro I was gonna put it back. You also know that when you pull out your gun, there's an animation which needs to end before you can put it back but they started code red that was the only reason I shot. Extremely disappointed.
