2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. When I moved to the city, NG was the first Org I got involved with. I have become a part of almost every organization here, but NG has remained my home. I've been here for 5-6 terms, From Private to Lt. General of National Guard, I have been an NG member and loved it. All are respected equally irrespective of their ranks and there is always a strong bond among them. Respect is what I want to maintain as we continue this journey. I want a friendly environment in my Org.
B. I am an NG Leo who has been playing on this server for more than two years now and believe it explains why I would be well-suited to lead NG. During my time in town, I have held high positions including Lieutenant General at the National Guard. My experience makes me a good leader for NG.
C. RR is one of the key departments in NG. To ensure maximum numbers at all times ready for any situation, we need to hold weekly training sessions on the rules and open recruitment twice daily. This will help maintain maximum numbers within NG and be able to deal with any situation, Everyone go though HR to join National Guard. So i have a Strong HR Team Who will help me in Activity Issues.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. City Rules and Legislation
I'll make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future Soldiers. our HR division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.
2. No Favoritism
I'm totally against favouritism and have demoted people who didn't deserve their ranks. I'll personally handle promotion ceremonies to make sure no favoritism happens in our organization.
3. Using Radio Codes
NG welcomes many new players to the city. I'll ensure they quickly get a good grasp of commonly used radio codes, making communication with other organization members smooth and efficient.
4. Organizational Relations
Org Relations are the Most Important for any Org, In National Guard We have SASD Department, Where i will Focus that My SASD Departments Attends all the Events and Help Other Orgs in any Serious Situation in the City, Also Supporting Ammo runs of National Guard.
