2.why do you want to be a leader of the specific organization ? [ list three reason with explanation ].
2.1. I want to become a leader because I know all gang rules and area. I am spend few month with different leader and different gangs. I m also spend few month in legal org [ EMS ] and my rank was [FTO] coz my HC know that I m deserve it. So I m confident to be a best leader of Families.
2.2. I have good [Communication skills , Problem Solving Skills ] to talk any situation and handle any kind of Situation.
2.3. I can make Families gang is best gang and more powerful gang in whole ghetto area.

3.1.Make strong and powerful gang in whole ghetto area. that no one can defeat us.
