i killed h8im before went hospitial heal my self he says im wanted and then put on vest and didnt clock in n says hes under cover

proceeds go back to where i killed him and takes his car so i shoot at him he didnt wait 15 mins to say that was his car he supposed to start new life once dead

and he hand cuffed me and did not heal me or nothing as you can see he was calling for back up
