Rejected Ban for Cheats| Floki Vilgeroarson

I was IP Blocked accidentally by mistake im assuming for cheats. I have never used cheats.
I also noticed the date on the banning was the 13.09.2022 however this can not be correct because I was not even playing GTA or Grandrp until December 2022 till today.
Could you please look into this misunderstanding. Thank you for your assistance.
