2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
I would like to be a leader of the National Guard as I joined the city it was hard to find what would be the best fit for me I went through EMS and gov before reaching NG and when I got there it felt like the best fit for me, so I stayed there for 4 terms starting from private and raising to Field Marshall while taking on roles of HOD of HR and other departments making sure we kept reliable numbers at all time, I feel like I learned all the ins and outs in NG through some good leaders and feel I have the knowledge to be able to keep NG going through the next term.
The second reason I want to become the general is due to NG always being viewed as a lower org and feeling like it gets left behind a lot of the time, I want to make good relationships with other orgs keep there ammo runs up to date and make more fun activities for all active soldiers.
How I will do this,
1st of all i will want to make a few lead people for ammo runs to protect the different time zones since after gate hours NG is very inactive so we need to bring night watch back to keep the numbers up when not gate duty duty hours, also by making better incentives for better soldiers if its better bonuses for most recruits or most hours or best performing soldier, the other way will be trying to make more training exercises between NG and other orgs to bring more RP into the current structure.
we will keep the 4 existing departments,
Human Resources - Training and recruiting
Special Air and Sea Division - 1st responders the soldiers on front line responding to all global calls and events
Air Force - For scouting missions and transport
Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organisation.
First of all we will need to make sure all training is completed correctly to make sure people understand the correct rules so they can engage in correct rules without making mistakes, (example knowing when to aim guns or taser if suspect is armed or unarmed) we will also make sure that the soldiers who are always there and doing the job correctly are noticed and shown appreciation for there hard work and dedication the army. Also ive noticed when in Ng previously the chain of command is not always followed which i would like to make sure if someone as a problem they pass up the chain not going straight to general follow correct procedures.
