Hey Mr. Sam I have previously attended Black List for the reason I mentioned it in this complaint Reviewed - Blacklisted | Hole chocolate The ban on my account has been removed, but my social club is still blacklisted. When I asked the technical support team, they told me that it was not blocked for the same reason that my account was blocked. Can you help me and tell me why he came to my social club? I think the reason for this is that when my account was banned, I was taking accounts from my friends in order to film videos on YouTube, and I did not know the general rules at that time because I was new to the game and all I knew was creating videos on YouTube.

That is your username and as i said before your social club is not banned
and the proof image that you have attached is wrong that 9999 ban was removed a long time back​
