This person joined our family, I would assume from the hotel, without being invited. Goes through all the trunks and takes what they want and leaves the family. All happened within 6 minutes. Joined family at 5:45 and left at 5:51 after taking what they wanted

GR 6.22 It is forbidden to sell/buy family businesses or withdraw/deposit money on/from fam balance without fam leaders approval, as well taking from warehouse and family cars (It falls under rule of scam 1.3)
