Hey there mister admins

So i ran into a ban for 30 days and i did bug abuse f1 and i didnt know i could get banned for doing it i was going to the beach market and i got killed and did f1 but little did i know that wasnt allowed but, these 4 days i have been reading all of the rules and i think i know most of them now so if theres any way u guys could help me please do i am really srry i didnt know.
