As you can see in the report, me and my colleague were patrolling when we spotted a guy with prohibited items and decided to arrest him, he completely ignored demands thus got shot down, while patching the suspect up we got a radio call of officers under fire (heavy 10-10s) so I made a decision to let the 10-15 go, his charges would of been basically minimal 30 minutes in prison and 13k fine. I believe I made a fair and reasonable judgement call of letting him go for the price of saving other LEOs lives. GR 6.4 states that you can not be a "bad" or corrupt cop, I do not see how I broke this rule as I gained absolutely nothing from this situation nor was "bad".
Also I'd like to mention that I was not notified in game whatsoever, I didn't get a chance to defend myself and explain my side of the story which would change the perspective of the entire complaint made against me.
