Rejected Abuse of Power

My complaint comes from being both fired from the National Guard and removed from the Discord because of something I said about current Admin Spike Hill in the past tense to which he claimed Admin Disrespect despite it not being directed at him in his current position making it simply a abuse of power.

I claimed that during his time as NG General is was nothing more than a puppet figurehead with the real power being held by another member.

Now if I had tagged him in the post I would have agreed with Admin Disrespect as he would have gotten a notification of what I had said rather than having to be told by someone else later on.

So for him to claim I was disrespecting his current role is laughable as mentioned earlier, it was a criticism of a previous role which I had directly told him in a DM upon coming back from a 14 day ban and being denied the ability to rejoin before the end of his term.

It should be know that I have criticised the leadership if his predecessor who upon being told what happened and shown a screenshot of what I said, also found it laughable and said it was a IC issue and added that everyone has a right to their own opinion.

If the roles were reversed and someone said that about me, I would have just laughed at it and not given it any concern.

I would like to add that the reason I didn't make the complaint when it happened was due to applying for NG Leader at the time and I was advised that if I did then it might effect my application which in a way it did since my application was declined because of the Admin Disrespect.

2. Your punishment was issued from +2 weeks ago.
3. You got banned from NG discord only for ADMIN DISRESPECT, Saying about admin that he is a puppet for someone else and getting manipulated by him is such a disrespect that we don't tolerate at all. If you didn't like his term you shouldn't disrespect him to himself or saying that he have 0 personality ( Puppy for someone else ).
4. You didn't even mention your discord ID.

You disrespected an admin in his own org he is curator on in the main chat infront of everyone, that wasn't an opinion from you, it was just a clear disrespect to him and unacceptable behavior.

After all what you did and all this time ( +2 weeks ) you still don't see what you did or the mistake that you did and never apologized about it.
You don't deserve unban from NG discord in my opinion at all.

Why should I apologise for freedom of speech?

If he can't handle someone criticising his term of leadership, then he has a problem as criticising someone for a bad job is a right everyone has and you shouldn't abuse your power just because you don't like it.

If the roles were reversed I wouldn't have even given it a second thought and most likely laughed considering he's a Admin so clearly more than one person thought he did a good enough job to get to where he is so why should it matter that one person is criticising him?

I also mentioned the reason I waited as long as I did since I didn't want it to influence the named party or make myself seen as being petty.

Lastly you need to learn the difference between a opinion and a direct attack.

That being saying something about a person to another person is considered a opinion.

Saying the same to said person directly to them is a direct attack and considering as I mentioned I didn't tag him in anyway meant he had to learn about it from someone else making it second hand knowledge not first hand which if I had tagged him he would have gotten notified about.

Let me put it into real world context for you in hopes it makes more sense.

You as a tax paying citizen of your country has the right to criticise the Government without fear of being thrown in prison for your opinion.

Where as if you actually went up to a member of said Government and told them directly to their face, that could be considered as a attack or in this cause disrespect as you have gone out of your way to make sure they know how you feel.

Criticism of ones actions is the only way we learn we have made a mistake and then correct it.

So with that in mind I will end my reply in hopes you learn something.
