First of all at 12:08 he said at the first time that i am wanted by the state so he is not going to read me my miranda rights he is refusing to do so, and i have asked him a lot of time then also he hasn't read and he also doesn't has corrupt bio so here he did fail RP and also GR 6.4. And also when i was in jail and he was processing me he hasn't took my cell phone and radio which is fail RP.

I want you guys to give him hardest punishment and also org warn if possible as FIB is the most powerful and respected leo org and if they will do like this then our role play experience is disturbed.

i had done some crimes that's why i am getting arrested i am not talking in that way , i am talking about the mistakes he is doing during processing.

Nowhere does it say in the Laws of the City that Wanted by the State allows a Law Enforcement Officer to not read the Miranda Rights or refuse to request a Lawyer for a 10-15.

Regardless of the reason for the Detention and/or Arrest, Under Civil Code 2.6 the Miranda Rights must be read and if the Suspect requests a Lawyer, the Officer must make the request to the DOJ/GOV. There are no exceptions except for National Guard (do not necessarily need to read the Miranda) or during Martial Law where Lawyers will not be provided.

The Procedures for Detention and Arrest and what is considered Gross Violations are not perfect but they are there for any LEO to read.

Reading the Miranda rights is in the legislation (State Law) which is an IC law, if a Leo broke the legislation it's an IC issue that should be dealt with ICLY. Hence, not reading Miranda rights is completely an IC issue that should be handled in court, not forums. it's not corruption & doesn't fall under Gen Rule 6.4 nor Fail RP
Moreover,
- You were asked twice for your jumpsuit size and you didn't respond
- You were asked If you needed a lawyer & you refused
However
ID 101902 will get a punishment for PG
ID 149510 will get a punishment for Mixing
