HI I got ban for en1.3, I was in a prison event and it is the first time in a long time that I participated in a prison attack and I do not know where to start zone and it is my first time and I promise you I have not repeated it again. 14 days are many. I can only play 5 or 4 hours a day I do not have internet or electricity all day. Please reduce the ban period
