dear sir , iam brother to the player , he can not write to u .
he asked u please to for give him about the ban , he spend more than 45 days banned .
he tells u that he did not know that the fault of the new software that his friend send to him and
he did not know that illegal , he proved that he send u before a complain about other player mistake with him in a video of the new software .
