As you can clearly see he talks about solar at the beginning of the clip. We are protecting our solar. Even after giving warning he didn’t leave.
I am surprised by the timing they have given to the reporter.
Adequate time has been given to the reporter as warning to leave the area, even after counting from 5, they didn't shoot instantly.
If the reporter says that they are giving demands outside the house, the clip clearly shows that they have planted the solar on their house's backyard and this is just an another attempt to protect their solar from being raided.
I don't think this is RDM.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report.
After checking with translator it is clear that you came there for Solar and Demands are perfectly given
However,
ID 158352 will receive punishment for Meta Gaming + Fear RP
( Multiple demands given still stood there without showing fear )
