So we had a Local here,
Then when FIB mr Baron gave Demands to (70189) with a gun pointed 70189 just steps out and starts shooting
Then when i was shooting on someone bc he shot us, 86847 VDM'ed me out of no where
Then after we got in a fight with 86847 after he vdm'ed us (possible MG from his friends needing him) he looted in gunfight + with a gun in his hand.
About the MG is 99% sure, so a POV from his./Their side could help.​

ID 70189 can shoot as he was given demands by officer and ATM's are kill on sight when being robbed.
However
ID 86847 will receive a punishment for GR 6.13
