I dont Have a Prof of me in jail so I am Posting my Talk with Can Snow

Me and 3 of our Gang members Got 120 Mins jails for GR 6.16.
On consideration - Gen 6.16 | ID 72412 1593 4412 93378

1. First of all the POV which was Posted was a 40 sec Trimmed POV. According to the Forum rule it should be atleast 1 mint of the situation.
2. In his POV he didnt got Robbed at all just his hands were up. We were aware of the GR 6.16 that we cant rob him. so we were just standing there the 2nd car was stuck in Checkpoint near Casino until that car didnt came on the situation which took 2 3 mins that guy didnt got robbed and there is no Evidence of GR 6.16 then how we got Jail for that. What if we have let him go after that there are no Popup of search no Popup of Pickpocket then how is that a Robbing when that is not in the POV.
4. I asked can snow that i can show you there were 2 cars and 4 people when he got robbed. Can Snow Said you cant even Hold a Guy when there are not 2 cars. that is not written in the GR 6.16 that we cant hold.
5. That guy was Putting a camera there i went to him and did RP to hold him there. I didnt hope out and asked him to Put hands up. I did Proper RP. Then 5 of my Gang Members came then we asked him to Put his Hands up so that he Show Some fear. He Did show Fear and Stopped Because there were 4 5 People there with guns.



We Did every Thing Right there. I did RP. We didn`t Rob him until 2nd car came according to the GR 6.16. The thing is why we Got Punished when we did every thing right according to the rule. When i asked why Can snow said you cant even Hold him. So what is Fear Rp then if we cant hold 1 guy for 3 4 mins while we are 5 people with guns. In this way In ghetto or anywhere everyone can leave if there is not a 2nd car there even when 5 guns are pointed ? if some day i started moving from a situation like that i will get Punished for Fail Rp and Fear Rp.

this is from his POV only was he also Meta Gaming ? because in that Situation 1 of our guy 6664 was Sniped by someone you can check the Logs of the kill. From where i am Looking I guess He was a Ex Admin thats why he got favored by Can Snow.

So , I have some points to add in this

note : I was there in the situation ID-4412 ( no out of context comment )

1. The forum got accepted regarding 6.16 and it says - "During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN" , I can't see when we robbed the guy in the pov am i right so where this pov justify 6.16

2 . What if we were not gonna rob that guy we were taking him as hostage .

3. Forum rules says it must be more that 1 minute clip to report . The clip was only 40 sec .

as per the POV is not available cannot conclude the MGG part, as per your punishment, proper decision taken, robbery, as you claim taking someone as a hostage etc, the engagement of it all must follow the rule which is 2 cars and 4 members, holding someone at gun point without his free will is act of robbing, proper decision taken.
