I agree with Aurelius that it is a gang car and not fully armored
But someone I know got punished for using the same gang car in ghetto
And when he asked 2 other admins confirmed that it was "abusing an armored car"
So I'm wondering if there was a rule change within this past month or the 3 admins that gave the punishment and confirmed it were wrong
