   Reason for seeking Leadership: I had a lot of experience not only in gangs also in state orgs. I learned quite a lot things thing with the state orgs and also in gangs. I got to know how criminals are arrested, finded, penalised etc. which later helped me to get away from cops easily without getting in there eyes and do ATM robbery, House robbery etc. Later i became a perfect negotiator when we had the hostage and call cops to help him. I learned how to shoot very accurately a lot of event rules and all other rules. I think having best gang in city depends more of having a Good Deputies, High Command and then having a good Leader. It is responsibility of leader choose the high commands and deputies. I was HC of all gangs and also i had been Bloods Leader before which helps me how good leader looks and how bad leader looks so I learned from my falls and I think I learned enough good how to lead gang on some different events without getting people breaking rules how to make 100% free passage on store robberies and ammo store robberies etc.
   
   Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
   
   1. First things is will provide bonus to all members without favoritism and make a proper bonus system. I will give bonuses because we all know bonus is thing that most motivate members.
   2. I would make sure every day we try do 1 Store Robbery, 1 FZ Raid and 4 clandestine.
   3. Recruiting people who have experience and knowledge about the rules and the city.
   4. I will help all my org members when they need me without looking at what rank are they.
   5. I will make sure that if any toxicity is done in my Org i will take action without favoritism.
   6. I will try to get the maximum members in my term and also make ghetto active.
