To the admin thats going to Review the thread
1. At 0:22 in his pov the information that fam member is getting arrested was already passed icly
2.At 0:32 the buggati that will engine block him has already arrived at scene after hearing radio transmission
3. Unlike legal engine blockers , the ones available at bm dont give pullover demand and he was engine blocked for taking arresting a fam member(ic reason ) and followed from starting point
4. After engine block at 2:22 ( please watch from 2:20 to 2:23 in .25 speed ) , you can clearly see that the thread owner was the first the shoot and hit the guy and he clearly gave no demand to keep gun inside or any rp like a leo .
5. As per Grp rules if someone is doing a rule break it doesnt mean we reply with a rule break

1: Please demand the proof of that information being transferred icly. We cannot your word for it
2: How Bugatti knew which route am I going who wasn't even present at the scene. Only progen p1 arrived at the scene of arrest which I too beleive that information was also relied OOC means. I already provided proof of that, no one of his fam members were present at the time of arrest which the arrested guy denied and claimed that the progen guy was infact his fam member and was present at the food truck. I denied this claim already in the other thread Pending review - GR3.1+3.2+MG I 325309 with proof of showing moment before the arrest.

4. According to constitution of los santos and LEO penal guide, weapon already aimed at a civilian or LEO can be responded with lethal force,(obviously he is a threat to public/LEOs) which I did and is considered an IC issue but anyway (won many cases in the court like these)
5. His friends now DMing me to close the thread
