Hello, I would like to discuss some stuff about our FIB leader, Hiko Herrera (2050).
When I joined the FIB, I was at rank 19 and quickly received promotions, reaching rank 22. When I decided to join the Human Resources team as a Deputy Head of Department (DHOD), I noticed that we didn't have a roster. I suggested to Abby that we create one since previous leaders hadn't done so for various reasons. Abby Vuitton and I began working on it, including setting limits for rank slots—for example, only 21 slots for rank 22. However, we faced an issue: we had over 45 members at rank 22, which required us to demote inactive members and promote those who deserved it, ensuring fairness.
There is an person named Kevin Seagal (68703). We informed everyone not to promote anyone to rank 22+ as we needed to demote or promote the ranks of at least 16 members. Kevin started insulting and disrespecting some of us, including calling Abby a "stupid" and a "monkey." Abby presented evidence to Hiko, but no action was taken, likely because Kevin was Hiko's friend. Kevin even brought someone who is blacklisted from FIB for corruption into the organization and promoted them to rank 22. When we tried to address the situation by demoting someone who had just joined and immediately received rank 22, Kevin began to speak disrespectfully about me on the org radio, stating that I had no authority to demote anyone and saying that he would restore their rank and he also did.
We spoke with Hiko again, but he did nothing—no punishment, nothing at all. Abby and I decided to reduce our work on the roster since promotions were happening without proper logs. Kevin continued to make inappropriate decisions, such as changing the HR curator without asking/telling the leader. Although Abby was reinstated as the HR curator, Kevin still faced no consequences.
One day, four people from LSPD came to join. I interviewed two and gave them ranks below 20 because the slots for rank 21 and above were full. However, Kevin promoted them to rank 22 within an hour. Despite bringing this to Hiko's attention, no action was taken. Later, when I was taking a break at the beach market and working on the roster, Kevin and Nick threatened to strike me if I didn't join them for Ghetto patrol. I told them to go ahead. When Hiko intervened, he accused me of provoking them, even though I was just defending myself.
Kevin once shouted at me to train and interview new recruits while he randomly invited people and gave them high ranks. As the Head of HR, I instructed him to do his job and conduct the interviews. He complained to Adi Singh, who unjustly gave me a strike for disrespect.
Abby and I considered cleaning up the FIB organization from those perpetuating favoritism, but we realized that this effort had to start with addressing the leader himself. If I get blacklisted after this post, I will still be grateful to Hiko for allowing me to meet great people like Abby Vuitton and Issa Schmerz.
