Rejected ban for bug abuse

Dear Administrator. I have been banned for breaking the bug abuse server rule in yesterday purge event . But I would like to inform you that whenever i die black screen appears and i relog by f1 and I was not able to see and go to hospital i will reinstall rage mp but this time give me a chance . i am new also i dont know we get banned for relog sorry i will not do it again if it happen again i will contact adminitration immidiatly so I am submitting this complaint to you so that I can explain the situation to you, and you give me a last chance.
pls give me last chance and pls dont wipe my account
