Rejected Did Fraud against Dean of Division of ARO || EMS

There was no one at SH and lobby was empty, so I told that me and my colleague will give some bonus approx. 90k.
He agreed to this and came to SH to, We had already told him that first we will give 45k and then after 3 hours shift we will give remaining 45k.
At first he had agreed to this deal and when I gave him 45k he started to argue to give the remaining money otherwise he will not work, in this case I told him if you don't want to work you can return the money and leave, he didn't agree to this and just left.

HE JUST CAME AND TOOK MONEY, ARGUED ON BASELESS REASONS AND JUST LEFT.
