Approved VDM, RDM and UB causing FearRP | 97001

I was working as pilot when ID#97001 ran in to me with his vehicle at a high rate of speed causing my plane to explode.
Once I was ejected and called for ambulance, ID#97001 continued to try to kill me completely. He then left and attacked and killed player#75432
We have supplied 2 complaints and both of us are unaffiliated and do not play with each other. how much evidence do you need?
furthermore Player#97001 has not allowed myself to continue in full RP due to the actions of admins.
