Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
  • 6.21 It is forbidden to abuse armored cars(impossible to shoot players inside) | Warn
  • The rule says "impossible to shoot players inside". I have tested it out with Jubilee in-game and it is possible to shoot the person inside. the car is not armored. It is just difficult to break the windows. But it is possible after like few shots.
