Backstory:
Royal Ace is founded on respect and loyalty to each other. Since going through rough situation our family was disbanded, However Darius Ace is recreating the family's legacy his brother in arms mysteriously disappeared. As Darius Ace wanted a legacy like none other, he must fight adversity, embrace resiliency, and confront unloyalty and respect. These are the principles of Royal Ace family.
Yearning for mutual respect amongst its family members, Royal Ace foundation is preemptive of a troubled leader attempting to eradicate and exploit its members' work. This was Royal Ace’s test of resiliency; Darius Ace, to restore the family's strong bonds as the new owner of the family.
What followed was adversity; morale and respect was at all time low, members disbanded, and hope was lost, but those who chose to stay have also chosen to fight adversity and challenges that formed with a new generation of diverse individuals striving for success.
Confronting loyalty is the final test, and most families fail, but in Royal Ace, a family that has diversity, fears no challenge and uses everyone’s experiences to better the family. Royal Ace welcomes all those who wish to make the family better.
Royal Ace has been faced with all the challenges that determine the foundation of a family’s legacy: Fighting adversity, loyalty, respect, embracing resiliency, and confronting toxicity. Our narrative however can be summed up as such; do not be afraid leave mark in the city.
Goals:
Reach Top 10 families and stay there without temporary points.
Maintaining our freight train, getting at it done all 7 possible days each week.
Purchasing a 15 or 20-bed plantation.
Be welcoming to everyone, creating a home for everyone who is in the family make them feel at home.
Family Rules:
Treat everyone in the family with respect. No toxicity.
Always abide by city rules.
Listen to higher-up calls and respond when needed.
Use family cars responsibly by parking legally and refueling before bringing them back.
No scamming in the family.
No Stealing from the family warehouse and storage.
No taking others personal items from family car trunks without permission of the owner.
Must return all borrowed family items for financial gains must be returned at end of use ex: pickaxe and fishing rods unless given permission by the leaders.
OOC Must be mature and respectful to all members.
Ranks:
(1) Royal Trainee - New to the family. Responsible for taking the 4-hour quest, setting solar panels, nourishing the garden and learning basic rules of the city and family.
(2) Royal Recruit - Responsible for showing up to informal events, family events, working the family businesses, and recruiting.
(3) Royal Soldier - Moneymakers of the family. Responsible for keeping up with the family business by ensuring all business is tasks are being done and keeping an eye out for business opportunities plus teaching basics to lower ranks.
(4) Royal Enforcer - Recruiters of the family. Responsible for showing up to informal and family events and getting their family members there and make sure everyone is good with ammunition and has their stuff ready.
(5) Royale Commander - Right hands to the captain. They keep an eye on storage and let Captains know when resources are needed, as well as making sure everyone is pulling their weight.
(6) Royale Captain - The most experience in family. These are the people that have proven themselves to live, breathe, and potentially die to help their family members. They are the shot callers and have full access to help bring JINX to the top.
(7) Royal Counselor – All responsibilities in below ranks below them plus they take care of training all the members on rules of the city and events a Royal Counselor must be present at all store robberies as they are most trained negotiation.
(8) Royal Prince – They are leaders in training they must know everything in the family about taking family businesses, family events taking care of complaints within our family, checking logs making sure all armory and family items are in check. They know everything about running a family and all city rules. However, they are waiting to be rotated into a leader position.
(9) Royal King – They are leaders and make sure family business are in order everyday they hand out bonuses to family members take care of logs and all problems within the family.
(10) Royal Emperor – He/She is the owner of the family buys everything for the family makes all family properties and businesses are paid for takes care of complaints from high command.
Colors and Dress Code:
Dark blue top and Dark blue bottom.
This Dark blue tracksuit with any Dark blue pants is required for all events.
