As evidently seen in the proof attached above, the leader of fib Thomas Bigfist ( ID 76053) using profanities in regards to sahp and that too in Non RP chat which is deemed as OOC. This action makes him liable of two rule breaks,
1. GR 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
2. And since he is also a leader, he is definitely also expected to adhere the rules more sincerely, So he is also liable of the rulebreak LR 3.3 which clearly states that the leader of an org is not supposed to behave inappropriately (conflict, inappropriate). Toxicity is strictly restricted.
Henceforth, under these rules broken, I humbly request the curators of fib to take the necessary action that is to be taken.
