So the issue was that I was at bank which is an unscripted green zone and these people stole my car at bank which is a rule violation.
I want these people to be punished and get my 3 Million back which I will use to retrieve my car

This is not a GZ where you were given Demands/ got Killed.

However,
ID 3229 will receive a punishment for MG.​
