I Got a Verbal for Sur-Name in CAPS which I Didn't know About as when I Got Leadership, I didn't Have Knowledge about the Same & Also No Warn was Given to Me By Anyone. I Thought We Could Keep the Surname Capital & It Won't Matter. I Request You To Please Consider this Request, I Hope You'll Give Me a Second Chance.
