2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
- My term as the Ng general been immensely fulfilling and eye-opening. Gave me a great opportunity to develop my leadership skills and learn everything about the organisations. What I did in that same time since only motivated me to take on more of a responsibility as head in Bloods Street Gang.
- As I have been in Gangs ( Deputy of Vagos ) and Legal Orgs. ( NG General ) both I know how both sphere think which will give me advantage in FZ Raids, SUBS, Store Robbery, Clands, Battleship and other unscripted events like HS!
- The word "Bloods" which is red color and red color is sign of Danger. I want to make meaning of Bloods and its sign real in city. I have seen many gangs disbanding because of many things to prevent that I have some nice Deputies and HCs for gang.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization :
-Keeping the relations good. It is one of the most important thing being a gang leader, if we have good connections and allies then we get more scenario to roleplay.
- Unity within gang. I will try my best to keep my gang members united by avoiding any kind of internal org drama.
- Bonus system. I will be giving out bonus to all the people who are doing good and giving their best !
- Events. I will be encouraging members to attend several events, which will provide them new opportunities to learn new things and have fun !
My Goals
- 100% turf in 1 term
- Ending term with 0 warns.
- To make Bloods active gang possible.
- To attend all events with maximum units.
- Complete all Goals given by Respected Curators.
