Hello Dear HigherUps.

I was 2x leader on en3 with good term also now im here on en2 i also did 10+ level and i applied 2 times for leadership also application is good all is fine even i made of my own i didnt even copied still im not getting selecting for interview please lemme know the reason behind this. because i really want to take leadership on en2 and make my term most active term. so please tell the reasons why im not getting selecting for interview.
