Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided the following

ID 102855 will receive a punishment for ER 1.2 + GR 6.19
GR 6.19 - F-words and N-words are restricted.
ER 1.2 - It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after.
