Conduct Random License Checks: Implement routine checks for health insurance, gun licenses, and driver’s licenses. Officers without proper documentation should be suspended until compliance is met.

Perform Random Inspections: High Command should conduct random bodycam, officer, and trunk searches to ensure that officers are always prepared and adhering to regulations.
