all in pov he asked me to help with bp task he killed me instantly its not the firsttime he killed me a lot of times with no reason

Well you shot at me first without demands as I can see it is not in POV so you are clearly trying to manipulating the judgment and in the end I tried to patch you up where you did relog I suppose ( possible Bug abuse ). its alright I'm uploading the whole POV since you cant !

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
ID 120015 will receive a punishment for RDM (Gen Rule 6.15)
GR 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
If you feel the punishment the administrator issued is incorrect, feel free to file a Complaint Against Administration.
