  How much longer is your penalty? No information on the ingame screen.
  Why should we unban you? I tried to log in normally last night, and I saw the ban screen with the reason "Your IP is banned - Reason: Anticheat #1012." I have no idea how or why the ban occurred. I would appreciate it if you could unban me, as I haven't done anything wrong.
