First and foremost, I want to clarify that this is not a complaint; it's merely a misunderstanding that has arisen. I believe it was a sincere mistake made by Admin Sultan Pluxury.
I was recently banned for 1.4 GR, which is due to a rule that prohibits having more 2 account, which results in a permanent ban for all accounts, with the exception of the main account, which is subject to a 60-day ban.
However, I have evidence in the form of Technical Forum proof that JETIX (the Technical Admin) personally confirmed that I only have two accounts, which clearly do not violate any server rules. I am willing to share these proofs with you via direct message for the safety of my account.
I hope this clarifies the situation and that you will also verify that I have not violated any server rules. Based on this, I kindly request that you consider unbanning me.
Additionally, I would like to express my understanding if you decide to not impose a forum ban, as you are now aware that this mistake was not mine. Perhaps Sultan Pluxury mistakenly banned me, and I have no issues with that, as we both now understand that this was a misunderstanding.
